Ratchet and Clank

Sony is encouraging PS4 and PS5 owners to stay at home during the pandemic by bringing back its “Play At Home” initiative, allowing PlayStation owners to redeem free games starting in March and concluding in June.

Starting March 1st at 8PM PT / 11PM ET until March 31st at 8PM PT / 11PM ET, both PS4 and PS5 owners will have the chance to redeem 2016’s Ratchet and Clank at no cost; PS5 owners previously had access to a free version of the game via the PlayStation Plus Collection.

Sony originally announced the Play At Home initiative last year, when the company offered PS4 owners free digital copies of Journey and Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection. Unlike the free PlayStation Plus games that are available each month, you do not need an active PlayStation Plus subscription to redeem or access these titles.

Additionally, Sony is also offering extended access for new users subscribed to the anime streaming services Funimation or Wakanim. The promotion for this is only available to people who sign up and download the respective app available in their country.
